My current weight is 145 pounds. My goal by the end of the year is to be stabilized at 120 pounds as my max weight. So far, I have been accountable to: 1) Log daily and everything! 2) Force myself out of the norm, and just walk...to get my exercise in. 3) Add a healthy varity to my daily meals.
