Good morning Happy Feet! It must be a busy week for everyone the chat board is quiet. That's ok life defenitely will get in the way sometimes. I hope you all are well and keep up the great work!

Loving the water challenge but not loving late night trips to the bathroom. 140oz is a lot I start sipping my water at 8am and it takes me all day until bedtime to finish. I need to lose more weight so I dont have to drink so much water lol0

This is a spring break week for me so my schedule is a bit different. I've exercised on most days (hooray for burning calories while deep cleaning my apartment). But I've also taken time to be with friends (which usually results in consuming calories!). I keep telling myself that moderation is important and that both of these things are okay.
And, @LizFitIt34 - I agree! I hit mid-afternoon and realize that I haven't had enough water. So, I guzzle it throughout the rest of the day and wake up often overnight!0 -

I know that my week has been super busy, especially with all the extras. The days that I had expected to be the worst are yet to come...oy!!

@LizFitIt34 The water challenge is defenitely tough for me to that's a lot of water lol... Bathroom at least 2 times a night to.

Not excited for tomorrow's weigh in. Easter dinner with my family yesterday resulted in going way over my sodium goal so I'm sure I'm retaining water for the weigh in. But I sure enjoyed the ham my mom prepared!!0

Good morning everyone. Sorry I have been mia. I woke up in the middle of the night Tuesday with a stomach bug and that definitely threw me off my game. I logged my exercise this morning. This past week was insane with a community egg hunt and movie night on Friday night that kind of consumed me. This week I am traveling to a conference which means I'm going to have to really focus to stay on track. Glad the accountability challenge is logging I really need to get back to that. Hope everyone has a great day.0

I had a stomach bug a few weeks ago and it took me out for almost a week! Last week's over and we've started a new one. Good luck!

I'm noticing this week that my cycle is off-kilter and I think this will affect my weigh in this week. This is the most consistent I've actually exercised in a long time and I think this is affecting it. Has anyone else experience this?0

Hey! This week is going fine for me. I'm adjusting back to work after being off last week. I got a migraine last night so I didn't get as many exercise minutes in as I anticipated. But I feel better today and plan to jump back into my routine.0

We can do this! The number of miles needed this week is about what we have done for the other weeks. I think we can pull it off.
And, if nothing else, the dorm I work in is hosting a dance on Saturday. I'll just dance for all three hours and earn more miles for us.0 -
I'm here. Barely. Working 12-14 hour days every day now at the office. Plus 20 minute commute each way is making for really long days. And I'm trying to squeeze as much time in as I can with my man because he's home this week and next week leaves again for another month. Trying to find balance is proving to be very, very difficult. I'm sorry I'm not contributing nearly as much as I did in previous weeks but there really are not enough hours in a day at this point!0

Hey Happy Feet!! I'm glad to see so many of you still here. Great job everyone!! I know it gets so rough sometimes to balance everything at once. Ann I hope things ease up on you after April 15th girl. I can't even imagine the stress you have right now. Just do the best you can and that's all we ask. I'll try to step it up to the rest of this week to get some extra miles to help out. I did my 4 miles. 2 arm challenges and the last 2 belly dancing videos. They were a lot of fun. I'm going to do a HIIT video now for some extra minutes. If you guys are out of time for some of the stuff just try to do the easy ones. An Egyptian meal, logging food daily, writing out your favorite food. I'm so proud of all of you!!0

I walked the track at my son's school the days it was nice out to get in extra minutes this week. Doing the belly dance challenge tomorrow and the 84 flights of stairs on Sunday because its rest day for the Kettlebell swing challenge.0
