Hi thanks for your replys. I have expressed since she was born, and put her on each boob at least twice a day. Haven't seen my doctor as the are now booked up to June and it's not classed as an emergency. My breaking point was when I couldnt get a uk 16 pair of jeans to do up :(

I'm 5'4' drink about 1l of water a day and exercise everyday, haven't lost weight for about 2 weeks :( x

I log my food in every morning for the whole day, this way I know what calories I have left and because I've planned it, it stops me reaching for other foods and keeps me on track xx
