Good luck, Elly. I am restarting after a couple of years. It is so easy to fall itnto a funk. Set daily goals, even small ones, and build on little victories.0

It's always a bit of a downer if you have a little bad spell, but I find that you feel a lot better after the first day of eating well again or even after a good exercise session (endorphins are the best cure for feeling a bit rubbish about yourself).
