  • Oh I'm not just doing this, I run 5 miles 4 times a week and do abs class 3 times a week. Just wanted to add something that is quick and easy... easy-ish. Interested to see if it does increase my heart-rate during the day as I will be wearing my heart monitor.

  • OMG!!! Yoga is Amazing for you! It tones your entire body, increases your flexibility and is very relaxing which also helps in weight lose and over all health. You bet your *kitten* you can get your flexibility back!
  • Maybe toning will help your self esteem? Everyone sees themselves differently than they are... I was in perfect shape in high school/ college and still felt chunky. I look back now and can't understand for the life of me what I was thinking. I bet your gorgeous!
  • 1470 calories is what is needed to lose weight at your current activity level, any exercising is not included in the sum. If you do exercise you can consume more calories... but you don't have to. Though you maybe hungry after ripping up the gym, not to mention wanting to keep your metabolism running. Hope this helps.
