  • Well i do 15lb curls, 15lb presses, 25lb triceps, 10lb flys, and 30lb side crunch. I do this for two sets. This has been my typical workout because i'm iffy about trying other stuff. I used to bench press but since i've changed gyms i'm scared to try it on the new equipment.
