Motivation needed :/

Well today is my day off working out my arms, i usually go on the elliptical for 30 min and burn 300+ calories and then do about 50 pushups and 60 sit ups then two sets of plank. But i'm getting bored & now that I've done this routine for two weeks I'm bored of it. I wanna go run but i don't at the same time, my shins are kind of acting up, but i mean i could try. i just have no motivation, any ideas?

I lift every other day & when i do i spend 30 minutes on my arms because i have certain exercises i do, but with little rest in between.0

It is important to switch up your routine about every two weeks, if not every week. Your body will get used to the work out and you won't be burning your maximum amount of calories. This will also keep you from getting bored. Try working a major and minor muscle group followed by 15 minutes of cardio. Switch the muscles each day but always follow with the cardio.
Ex:
Monday: Work chest and calves then 15 minutes of cardio
Tuesday: Work shoulders and thighs then 15 minutes of cardio
Wednesday: Work abs and forearms then 15 minutes of cardio
Follow the day by day routine for two weeks then do it in a different order.0 -

Well i do 15lb curls, 15lb presses, 25lb triceps, 10lb flys, and 30lb side crunch. I do this for two sets. This has been my typical workout because i'm iffy about trying other stuff. I used to bench press but since i've changed gyms i'm scared to try it on the new equipment.0

You should check out heavy lifting - if you need to know what heavy lifting is- find a weight you can only pick up two or three times. Something tells me it doesnt take all your strength and concentration to do 15 pound bicep curls. Lifting a jug of milk is 9 pounds.0 -

I have a girl with abs on my desktop with a strength quote and then my phone says "Nothing tastes better than skinny feels". Kind of bad but it's helped ! lol.0
