Do you guys eat before or after? What do you eat? Should i have a protein shake or actual food? I have to be out the door by 0800, so ill be up by 0700 most likely, so not much time to prepare anything.

Treadmill or Outside?
Which do you prefer when it comes to running? Why? For me, i prefer outside. But both has up and downs. Outside i can run a distance in a faster time but on the treadmill i feel like i can run longer. It's weird.

Not being able to feel full
What do you guys do when you just can't feel satisfied? I had that problem this morning and i couldn't stop snacking!
