i found a better recipe.
Tablespoon of peanut butter
1-2 tablespoon of silk milk
cinnamon (if you want)
melt the peanut butter in a bowl in the microwave
pour milk into the peanut butter and mix
let stand for a few minutes to soak up the milk
if you want to change the taste, add a few splashes of cinnamon
then just spread on pancakes.
taste pretty good!!

Forget the maple syrup-- use applesauce! I learned this while babysitting-- the kids liked it, and it was waaaay less sticky! I'm not sure how the sugar content compares though.0

Bah. Give me the real stuff. Pure Maple syrup (born and raised on the stuff), Oh My Goodness great stuff. Takes a lot less than the junk you get from the store and better for you if used sparingly.0

Plantation Blackstrap Unsulphured Molasses ... so yummy, plus 20% of your daily calcium and iron per serving.0
