Shortness of breath

not just when i'm running or anything, but when doing everyday activities. Does this happen to anyone else? I don't smoke but i feel like it's the way someone who smokes would feel. The wind will feel like it's knocked out of me for a little.
Does anyone know anything about this? Do i need to up my water intake? I'm clueless & frustrated cause it will make me end my run earlier because it gets so difficult to even take a small breath.

I would see a doctor, shortness of breath (especially at your age & weight) is not a good sign (it could be nothing but I'm not a doctor....)

Go see a Dr... It could be a number of things, but it is definitely not something you should wait to find out about.

It could be something as simple as allergies or sinus infection, but it could be something more serious. See your doctor!
