Uh you're not suppose to eat less. You eat more in smaller portions to increase or speed up your metabolism. Especially if you work out as well. Your body will burn more fat caloried if it knows it's getting the nutrition it needs, 5-6 small meals a day. As for the plexus stats I say do your homework and research the vast…

I've been on it and haven't once changed my diet or exercise and lost 12lbs in two weeks. Reason I can't exercise is because I've had 3 surgeries this year (Feb, Apr, Aug) and can't honestly do anything and am restricted by my doctors. So I was turned onto this after my hairdresser who is very short started losing weight…

Yes that works. My fiance and I walked the bridge and throughout Alexandria today and it was great! Afterwards my gym was having a 2 hr zumbathon to support breast cancer and I went to that for 1hr. Least to say I'm pooped but had a great day with my sweetie.

I also run my own cake biz too so weekends are my only sort of free time unless I'm busy delivering cakes all over the metro area. Other walks can be planned for upcoming Saturdays or Sundays for those that would like to…

You can do it! We all can. You'll have your good days and then a few bad ones. All in all when you fall off track just get back on and don't beat yourself up over a candy bar. It takes time to see the weight come off and don't rely only on the scale. Inches means more than pounds and clothes will start to fit differently.…

Hi, Try to eat as healthy as possible. Drink lots of water, walk or take stairs when possible. If you're a planner like me (I'm a little OCD  ) You can look up possible eating places and take a look at their menus online to note the calories and fat grams of the food being served. Be sure to have healthy snacks on…
