I'm an ex body pump instructor and its actually a full body workout, and is a mix of aerobic and weight lifting. its fun but can get monotonous if the instructor uses the same repetitive music releases.

Not really bothered, not on here for friends, I can motivate myself plenty...I joined because of the decent calorie counter tool. I'll accept all friend requests and am partial to peeps who need a bit of encouragement, but whether I have zero or 1 milly, its not a big deal to me.

Hiya Firstly well done for getting through week one of Shred : -) My advice would be 'Be Patient!'. You've only just started the program and you're already seeing great results. I doubt you'll be asking this same question by day 30 as long as you stick to the plan. Good luck with ya journey...
