Tracking exercise videos

I was wondering on what people do when they do a exercise video and how you end up tracking it in the system. I have done searches for some of the different programs ( like 30 day shred and insanity) and they are not in the system (which I kinda expected). Anyways if anyone has and tips or advice in how to add this so I can factor it into my calorie count let me know!!

Hey, you can add your own exercise to the database , click the add exercise button
click add exercise button again
leave the search filed blank and click search
at the bottom of the page it will say "Can't find what you're looking for? Add an exercise to the database"
click the Add an exercise to the database
Now enter your new exercise et voila!!! :-)
PS you will obviously have to wear a heart rate monitor to gauge your exact burn and bpm.
hope this helps

I log any of JM videos and anything similar under circuit training. For yoga videos, I use the vinyasa yoga calculations from http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc - it also has intermediate pilates that I use for Ellen Barrett videos.0
