you didnt say what your calories are set at. Maybe with school and all you should relax and up your calories for a while.If you ate 1600 every day you would eventially weigh 160. Yep, way too low especially if your working out that hard. Muscle needs more food. Check some of the mens diets.

Once in a great while I eat half a king size zero. I list the calories for it,stay under my goal, and keep going. Its been my experience that when I crave somthing I will eat everything in sight trying to satisfy myself. Best to just eat the thing and move on. Eating A Candy bar is not blowing your diet.

Welcome , add me. Remember all those times we ate beans and franks, and virtual crap because it was all we could afford when young? We didnt bother craving steak and good stuff, we had to make do? Then we got fat and spoiled. lol! You can go back to eating what you dont really want again, and it wont kill us!

I eat lean cuisine most days for dinner. Its just easier for us than cooking. Also we eat a lot more if I cook. I may fill it out with a vegetable, salad, or fruit.Many of thier dinners are tasty.

Im fifty eight,and I have always liked free weight,and strength training. You are young and should be able to stick with it if you enjoy it. So dont be afraid of the heavier weights either. You wont bulk like a man, but nothing like seeing your muscles grow.

OOH read your post. I have had two major back surguries,and a rotor cuff surgurY. Sorry for you difficulties. This wont last forever though. Some things we cant change but try some mild theraputic excercise,working slow. Whatever you can do is good. hope you get well.

Ive had two back surguries. I ride a recumbent bike, do pelvic tilts on a stationary ball. That helps my back, you should be able to also do your therapy excercises,and your walking is good.
