Get a food scale, no really if you don't have one get one. Also weight loss is not linear, you might gain 2lbs one week then lose 4lbs the other, our bodies are very complex machines that are very finicky regardless of enivroment. Also get a food scale. Remember to be absolutely accurate when eating sweets, food scale is a must. Usually a 5lb weight gain is a result of me eating too much sodium, so in the following days I reduce my sodium intake and consume more potassium (potatoes are a great source!). Are you weighing yourself right after you get up? Cause if you do it in the afternoon your weight fluctuates with water and food.

Don't know if you mean recipes or just in general, but what I do if I have a MASSIVE craving I just add it on MFP then work around it. Working for me so far :smile:
