i decided to challenge myself this month to work out everyday (instead of 4 days) and at the beginning it was difficult, but now it's great. i'm doing strength training and light cardio 3 days a week, a hard cardio workout 3 days a week and then a light, liesurely workout once a week. i haven't experienced any soreness…

LW 209.5 CW 210.5 So i've been doing nothing but eating since Sunday - I've been really hungry and the food choices were not good ones, so shame on me. But I'm going to get back to better choices and keep my fingers crossed for next week!

a lot of the foods on that list are my top choices to stay full! oatmeal with a 1/2 cup skim milk and fruit keeps me full until lunch. i'm also a fan of egg whites and bananas to stay full. recently i found apple cranberry bran muffins at trader joe's that are only 80 calories and have 13 grams of fiber!!! they are great!

good job marci - you're right, a loss is a loss! LW 213 CW 210 well i shed those out of town pounds plus one! i worked out extra hard this past week and i guess it paid off. we should get a challange going for this week to give us an extra push! let me know what everyone thinks :smile:

i'm not taking metformin, but my fiance is. he was diagnosed with type 2 diabets on christmas eve. since going on the medication and with diet and excercise, he has lost 30 lbs. he did have and upset stomach the first few days while taking it, but now there are no side effects. hope that helps :smile:

i do change up my workouts with different inclines, resistances and speeds. i also use the HIIT method, and pretty much want to collapse at the end of every workout, which is why i'm questioning the calorie burn. i have lost weight and that was based on what the machines were telling me. since using the hrm i've lost about…
