I'm giving up peanut butter and peanuts for Lent this year. Last year I gave up chocolate like you and it was hard, but I did it! I'm not fasting, as I am not very religious. Good luck!

I've been a member of Anytime Fitness in New Jersey for a year and I love it. It's the most comfortable environment I've ever worked out in and it's run by the nicest family ever! It is pricey compared to other gyms in the area, but I enjoy the freedom to workout when I want and not have to be in and out at certain times.

I'm using 5 lbs, which are a little heavy for the squat and press - by the end I'm dying haha. Also it gets rough with the side lunge and arm lift. I do the shred every m/w/f and I did day 4 yesterday without too much trouble, so I guess that's a good sign!

we food shop every week and our bill has actually gone down from about 100-120, to 80-90 a week now that we aren't buying processed foods and junk. we go to a local farmers market and can get enough fruits and veggies for the both of us for 25 or under. also, when you actually portion everything out it's amazing how much…

thanks for the ideas! the mountain climbers and more punches are definitely doable, i'll have to play around to see what i can get away with to keep my heart rate up and not make too much noise. right now i'm working out on an area carpet in my living room with a yoga mat and so far so good.

i love my slow cooker so i'll definitely be trying this one! i've made mashed cauliflower, i mix it with some laughing cow cheese and it's great, but my fiance won't eat it haha. i'll have to give it a shot with the hungry girl recipe! have you ever made the hungry girl loaded potatoe skins? it's one of my favs!
-
anything you have that you've tried and tasted good will work for me haha. we eat a lot of turkey and chicken, not much fish or red meat. i've tried the shiritaki noodles and didn't care for them, but i might have to give them another go!
-
sounds delish! I can't wait to try it, thanks!
-
Yes please let me know! I have a blender so I can try that! Thanks so much!
-
I'll def be trying this one! Do you boil or steam the cauliflower? I would think it would need to be still stiff in order to grate it right?

i have a few workout playlists, all with about 25 songs on them so that i can keep switching my music so i don't get bored. although i'm a rock fan, recently i've been working out to more hip hop/pop music like drake, rihanna and kesha. these three artists have some good beats that keep me going!
