Haha yes I defo crave chocolate:) it's just go frustrating I hope it's water weight :( I was 9stone 2 and now I'm 9 stone 5 :'(

Thank you all so much for the comments. yeah so i suppose uping my calories a bit and maybe more weights as some of you said will help.. Im going to try that. do you guys eat before and after gym, im always afraid to do that as i think its just going to mean im loosing calories at gym for nothing :( i usually have a banana…

thanks for responding guys... so maybe im eating too few calories? sometimes i dont make it to 1200 and its less.. what is weight training???
