This one is for the girls!

Hey girls, I don't know if any of u are having this problem but I'm currently on my period and I've gained 3 pounds literally over two nights!!!!! I dnt know if this is normal. I know before your period some people get water weight but I'm mid way through. It's so fustrating!!!! I haven't really spoilt my diet tooo much to gain 3 pounds :( or have I I'm not sure :(

Help !!! :( I'm de motivated:(

    I literally go up 2 dress sizes when I am on my period. I hate it, but i think its totally normal. I think best thing to do is not weigh yourself, that was a tip someone else gave me on here.

    I dont know about you but I also crave chocolate that week..! Not had to deal with it yet but that will be hard!!

    Haha yes I defo crave chocolate:) it's just go frustrating I hope it's water weight :( I was 9stone 2 and now I'm 9 stone 5 :'(

    Water weight can stick around all the way to the end. Don't weigh yourself until it's totally over. Also, watch your sodium levels. Drink as much water as you can possibly stomach between now and the end of your TOM, which will help your body release some of the excess
