Thanks for all the replies! I'll definitely check those out!

Congratulations!!! That is an awesome accomplishment!

185! Four pounds lost. Two to go if I'm going to meet this challenge. Regardless, I've made progress. :-)

I just started Month 2 of round one, but I'll be in for another round as soon as that's over. I LOVE this workout!!!

187.4. Almost two pounds lost. Not as much as I would have liked, but hey, it's progress!

Still 189, but the scale is not fluctuating as much (or should I say, my weight is not fluctuating as much) from day to day. Saturday is usually my slimmest day. Sunday is normally my chubbiest day (It's the day I eat a meal with my extended family). This week, for the first time in forever, I weighed the same Monday…

I definitely had sore abs, but only after the Cardio Abs workout. Before that, it was entirely my legs, butt, and arms.

Please add me to this group. I just finished week 3 yesterday, and am enjoying my day off. I've lost 7 pounds (through doing the workouts, and logging all my calories on MFP), and have had three people come up to me and say, "You look like you're losing weight." Yea! It's been a while since I've heard that. I LOVE this…

I weighed in today at 189.

I have a little miniature bread pan, that's probably.....2"X4". I line it with waxed paper, and then pour the entire batter in this. I make it into one bar (220-some-odd calories), and then freeze it for at least thirty minutes. Oh yes, I add a bit more water than it recommends. When I'm ready for it, I just take it out,…

I've made this twice already, and I LOVE it. Thanks for the recipe.

Yep, I'm just shy of 5'7". I started MFP at 196 (which was not quite the height of my weight gain), and am now down to 189. I think getting down to 160 by Christmas is definitely doable. I've been on MFP for three weeks now, and lost just over six pounds. I expect to lose another two this week, putting me at 187 by the end…

Because I want to feel like myself again.
