I made a chicken salad this week with left over chicken breast, red grapes, chopped cucumber tossed in vanilla greek yogurt and sprinkled with pecans and dried blueberries. It made a great breakfast.

As long as you don't expect every week to be like the first. Just about everyone losses a lot the first week. I will weigh in tomorrow morning (my 1st wk weigh in too) and my guess is about 6 lbs. We will see.
