Changing my lifestyle!

Well hello there!

I'm trying to build accountability for changing to a healthy lifestyle and need all the support I can get! Over the last year, I've overworked myself, and focused on work and school so much that I wasn't focusing on my health and put on 50 pounds and let my body go. I was never home so I ate what was near me and also stress ate. And eventually it all caught up with me and the stress and lack of focusing on my health resulted in vertigo and other health issues. So I had to do some re-prioritizing. And since then, I've lost 32 pounds! And I've actually built an eagerness to see how I can eat cleaner, and work out more to get more health, and eventually fit. I have a long way to go, but I'm going! I've had friends want me to take them to the gym with me or they want me to help them pick out their groceries with them, so that they can start getting healthy too, which is SO exciting for me!!
So if there are any of you that are changing to a healthy lifestyle or you're there, I'd love to hear your advice and tips. Easy recipes, what motivates you, work out regimens, etc. So def friend me or email me (emmalyn5223@gmail.com)!

    I'm here for the same reason. Work and college put 20 lbs on me! But after starting this journey I discovered that it's not just about losing the lbs, it's about getting as healthy as you can be. I still have some flab to get rid of, but then I'm excited to start toning! I sent you a request :) we can do this!

    I put on my weight while working full time and going to school full time, so I know what that's like. I was leaving my house at 4:15am for work and not getting home until 10:30pm some nights. I am also in the process of putting that lifestyle behind me; taking time to exercise and cooking healthy food at home. I've lost about 30 pounds from my peak of 306.
