  • Started MFP three weeks ago at 196lb. Am now 192lb and my final goal is 140lb. I weould love to get involved with the challenge. A realistic goal would be 172lb thats at 1lb a week. So here goes ....... SW: 192lb GW: 172lb @ end of Dec :flowerforyou:

  • I am having the same problem. Should I stick to my 1200 even though i gain an extra 400 for walking for 1 hour. If I dont eat them will my body think its starving or will i lose weight quicker. I am confused!!!

  • :flowerforyou: I have a three week plan for lunch and dinner. I find that this keeps me on the straight and narrow. I also have a quick list of breakfast things so i can choose a healthy option without having to think too much. I only joined last week, so I have a long way to go.
