I lost 30 pounds after my first in 6 months. It should have been less but I wasn't consistent for a couple of those months. You can do it!! :) I'm working on losing weight after my second. I just tracked my calories and stopped eating out, walking. This time around I am tracking and thanks to nursing I get to eat a ton. :)

Yes sounds like a habit. I would keep giving him about 10 minutes to fall back asleep on his own. Eventually he will drop it and go back to sleeping for you! :)

I subtract 500. My son will be 3 months old soon. As long as they are exclusively breastfeed I believe it stays around 500. Once they add solids its a little less. I'm losing quite a bit of weight so I would say it is accurate.

I was walking within a few days. Nothing strenuous for a few weeks though. I felt pretty much back to normal by 4 weeks. I had a vaginal birth.

I take Zantac 2x a day. I have really bad indigestion and heartburn without it. It is a lifesaver. I don't have any at all anymore. I know for next time to start taking it sooner. I am 31 weeks.

I'm going to try tracking my binges in the future so I can actually look at what I am doing. I usually start out the day tracking, binge, and stop tracking because I'm so embarrassed. Thanks!

I struggle with binge eating on the regular. This thread helps me realize I am not alone. I am always so embarrassed by how much I can down at one time. I seriously can't even remember what I eat, because it is so mindless and I'm just shoveling food in my mouth.

I fit into the shorts I wore 2 summers ago. I have gotten married and had a baby since then and it is really exciting to know I am about where I was 2 years ago, and only getting smaller!

I am netting 1200 a day right now, but in no way could I keep this up long term. I do it every once and awhile to give me motivation when the weight is coming off slowly. I lose weight very quickly when I do it this way, it is just really hard for me to cut back that. much.

You add it to your food diary. Just search for Breastfeeding. Just make sure that you always eat back your exercise calories and your BFing calories or it might effect your supply. :) I stopped nursing about 2 months ago. I miss that extra burn lol.

You just have to make sure you eat enough calories to keep your supply. When I first started my supply was dropping but I was eating 1,800 a day. Looking back I should have been eating more. I take Symbicort for this reason - it has changed my life because I breathe better all day! Definitely see a DR about possibly taking something like that. (Advair is another option)

I really struggle with sugar and I just can't even keep it in thehouse anymore. If there is something you really want than track it on here and go out and enjoy!

I adore Aldis :) Their produce is good if you plan on using it the same day but it spoils pretty fast. If you buy produce for dinner that night you will be fine, and MAYBE the day after.

I actually log my whole week on Sunday night. :) I usually have to change one or two things during the week but it works really well for me. :)

My suggestion would be to make a lot of your processed premade meals fresh from home. Lean cuisines and such are good sometimes if it is between that and overeating junk but soup can be made in big batches and frozen. Pasta dishes are also pretty easy to make. :)

I have an addiction to donuts. I can't have sweets in the house or I will just sit and eat it all. There is no "in moderation" for me. I can't handle it!
