How to account for breastfeeding in daily allowed calories?

I'm new to this site and am looking to lose the baby weight. I've done WW previously after my pregnancies and can account for nursing when I create my profile. Any idea if/how I can do that on this site? Or should I just mentally add the extra 500 or so cals/day and always be over my goal? Any advice is welcome.

You add it to your food diary. Just search for Breastfeeding. Just make sure that you always eat back your exercise calories and your BFing calories or it might effect your supply. I stopped nursing about 2 months ago. I miss that extra burn lol.0
