  • Your hunger pains will get easier....but the best way to not feel hungry and continue on a path to weight loss, or general health, is to eat more fiber. Set your goals to 30 g of fiber or more a day. Once you eat so that you have more fiber without adding lots of calories you should feel more full.
  • You're doing well and should keep it up. Being aware of food intake is step 1. My first thought upon seeing your food diary is that there is tons of processed foods.   • Muscles do not weigh more...a pound is a pound. Building more lean muscle should make you look/feel skinnier though even if you weigh the same.
  • Its crap. 80% of weight loss comes from diet not exercise. Exercise to be healthy and increase your metabolism. Eat whole foods in smaller amounts. As Michael Pollan said "Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants." No boxed foods or canned foods where you can help it.
  • Google intervals. The people who don't vary their workout are doing themselves a disservice.
  • I do something similar....crossfit. The community is AMAZING. There's something to be said for having real people working out with you and cheering you on.
