Ok! So I just completed the calculation and I only need 12 hours to finish the month. I completed 60 minutes tonight but that's already included in my 12 hours. I'm in. I might knock this out in a week. UP FOR THE CHALLENGE. LETS GO! 10/1 - 10/17 = 12 hours 10/18 = 2 hours Total 14 hours

Yes when I stopped taking advair I dropped like 20lbs. I haven't needed honestly. It was rough in the beginning but I was eventually able to leave it forever .

I feel your pain. It could be anything really. I have found that it has less to do with the total calories but more to do with what your eating.All calories are not created equal. When I realized that and temporarily suspended my cheat days I started losing again after about a six month plateau.
