Hey girl! I'm with you. During the pandemic i resorted to survival mode which did not include a healthy diet. Now that I'm back out the house it would seem that my clothes have shrunk 😅. I could use some friends to track progress with.

Me too. I need to get this body back on track. I'm hyper physical with an active job so I'm always justifying snacks. I'm living proof that you can't out work a bad diet 😜

It is hard to be short and carry weight because it has fewer places to go. I am finding that my midsection and my rear are the hardest areas for me to conquer. I do like having junk in my trunk, but I also think that's what contributes to me looking larger than I'd like. Any tips?

I am new to the group! I'm 5ft 3in, but know how hard it can be to keep the weight off. I don't feel petite, I just feel short and round so I'd love some support in changing my mindset as well as my body. This group is a great idea.

I am consciously an emotional eater. Most days I am good, but then I get home at night and blow it out of stress or even boredom. I would love to hear some tips on how to stay out of the kitchen and get out of my own way on my weight loss goals.
