I log my workout on Fitbit only. I thought that was better to do for a more accurate calorie burned?

Give the pill 3 months for your body to get used to it. If you want to switch, you can try a lower dose estrogen pill. The lowest is lo loestrin, but it's pretty knew and most insurances aren't covering it yet. It's a 10mcg pill. Another good one is microgestin fe 1/20. I work out at the anytime fitness in Greenwood. It's very close to my house so it's convenient. I also will get on my treadmill at home.

Have you thought of South Beach? It's a low carb initially, then you introduce the healthy carbs back in. Focuses more on lean meats and such.

15 min elliptical 16 min treadmill (ran a 11:37 min mile then walked the rest- only the second time I have ran since I did a half in May :/) 31 min bike 10 min strength training

Oh wow! Thanks for sharing! My grocery's bakery makes a white chocolate pumpkin cookie that I have learned I cannot have in the house they are so good. Can't wait to try yours for much less calories!!

I'm SO in! My weight as of today: 175.8 Goal for 1/1/12: 150 even. Our cruise is on 1/1/12 so I need all the extra motivation I can get, loss has been ssslllloooowww going!

I did the mini for the first time this year. I joined the Blue Mile's training program and ran some training runs with them and then followed the training schedule they gave me.
