Thanks for pointing this out! I think I'll go pick one up tomorrow!

I hear ya. My daughters birthday was saturday, so big sleepover at our house, pizza, cake, then Sunday family lunch at olive garden and more cake to follow. Sure, I could have skipped the cake, but I didn't. My wi was today and I was up .4 Could have been worse. Lesson learned. This week is a new week.

Go team RED!! My weigh in days are Tuesdays so she just told me to keep doing that and she will post it on Friday. Only 0.8 this week. Kind of bummed but hopefully will kick it next week. Burned 500+ calories last night at Zumba but work late tonight. Need to do something. Might go run up some stairs before my lunch break…

I tried them way back when. Not bad taste-wise. Kind of pricey and I didn't see much loss with them.

I have the polar FT4 and love it also. So easy to used. I thought the chest strap would bother me but I can't even tell it's on. I just put up under my sports bra base. As for shoes- like everyone else has said, get fitted at a running store. When I started training for a half marathon, that's the first thing I did. I…

"Nothing worse than knowing it's in you and never letting it out." I posted that on the fridge when I trained for my half marathon and it's still there.

I joined anytime fitness a little over two months ago and really like it. I signed for the 3 months for $99 deal. BUT, I had a free personal training assessment and signed up with personal training, which is kind of pricey, but, for me, oh so worth it. She has me do stuff that I would NEVER do on my own.

During the week when I work, I go in the evenings around 7. Then on Saturdays, I go to the gym in the morning.

Their dragonfire chicken meal is good with a side of broccoli. Did you already pass?

wow, you look absolutely amazing! Your hard work has paid off. I, like most of the other people, did a double take to see that your goal weight wasn't you're current weight! You inspire me!

You look fantastics! Hard work pays off and it shows!

I use a trainer at my gym. She's big on muscle confusion. Don't do the same thing every time. I never used machines, all free weights, floor exercises, medicine balls, etc.

Wow, great transformation so far! Inspiring!

Welcome. I agree to what the above posters have said. This is a great supportive site. Lots of ideas found on the message boards. I agree, log everything. I think logging what I eat makes me pay more attention to what I'm choosing to use my calories for. Good luck. Friend request sent!

Ugh. We are going camping this weekend with some family. I asked my sister in law what she wants to me to bring. She said whatever we want, they have hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, dips, chicken, baked potatoes, etc for meals. you know, camp food. So I'm bringing a ginormous bowl of fresh fruit, maybe some salsa and baked…
