When logging exercise, it adds more steps?
I've noticed after logging an exercise on fit bit that it will add steps than what my device actually says. Then about a minute later those steps are added on my device. Is that accurate?

I did it for the first time last year with some friends and had a blast. No matter what your fitness level is you will have so much fun. It's more about the obstacles than the running.

weekend sabotages
Really need to stop! I sabotage myself every weekend the last month or so and I end up working like crazy to make up for it before my next weigh in. Anyone else have this problem?

crock pot oatmeal help
So I have some bananas that need to be used. I don't feel like making bread so I was thinking to use some of the steel cut oats I have and make some crock pot oatmeal over night... I've never made it before, can I throw these bananas in too and maybe some cute up apples? Anyone have any tips?

What's your fave low cal alcohol?
I'm going on a girls day out Saturday that starts with boating and ends with a Journey concert. Probably a fair amt of alcohol involved. I don't want to blow all my calories on drinks and gain back what I lost so I need to know some good low calorie beverages to take with me!

quick breakfasts I could take with me to work?
I get to work about 7:30 or 8 and will eat a quick bite at my desk before the business starts. I normally take a packet of low sugar oatmeal and a small snack box of raisins to put in it but I'm getting burnt out on that. calories: machine vs mfp
So I counted the calories burned that MFP calculated when I entered my time with the elliptical. It was more than the machine. I'm assuming MFP is more accurate?

what to do with Kale and Cabbage?
I get bin of produce delivered every other week. I usually specify what I want in it. With the holiday weekend, I missed the date to put in what I wanted so I got the standard. How do I count in my time with my trainer. When we meet, we do different strength training for 30mins. And I'm not just talking machine weights, I'm dripping sweat when we are done.
