counting in time with a trainer?

How do I count in my time with my trainer. When we meet, we do different strength training for 30mins. And I'm not just talking machine weights, I'm dripping sweat when we are done.

    I do ChaLEAN Extreme (a weightlifting-based beachbody program) and I too am dripping sweat by the time it's over. (And I'm almost always yelling, "WHY aren't any of you sweating?! at the end.) I log it in under cardio, I think it says "strength training" and log the time. Not a lot of calories for that day, but that's okay. Nothing will change your body like lifting weights will. Go get 'em!:smile:

    I have an HRM so I track my calories during my workout with him and then I created an exercise called "working out with Jerry"

    use a heart rate monitor to get the calories burned and log them as cardio in MFP
