I am unsure if it is my hip flexor or quad muscles From my reading I think I may have been leaning to far forward during my squat??? or else it is just weak glutes?? I will try deloading and stretching for sure

well I am wondering how this info was conveyed. My better half loves to pinch my jiggle. (Now there is less of it he has to really try to find a place to pinch) Sometimes I will get upset, but then I realize he is being palyful....and I pinch his jiggle right back. Is your man saying thiese things with love?

I have only started reading this book but he covers this phonomenon early on Did you do his fit test? He says if you dont feel the activation to coninue doing the fit test until you do He discusses this in great detail Perhaps you should reread the intro

Lift heavy things and move every day do not eat alot of sugar(soda?) and listen to your body. MFP should enable you to tweak your nutrition plan what did you eat the day you gained ? the day you lost? look for patterns and drink alot of water like 1 gallon this always helps me beat a plateau

I find the less BF I have the slower my body loses it. These last ten pounds are coming off slowly I think this is normal.

I had a McDonald's breakfast a few days back due to circumstances beyond my control lol I was more worried about how i would eat the rest of the day with no fat macro left and the sodium water weight roller coaster but it was delicious sorry not sorry

This issue creates confusion for me I read that you cannot build muscle in a deficit? That you should slow down lifting adds if in deficit, but you need to be in a defecit to lose bf..... can someone please explain this recomping to me

Just checking in with you ladies! One thing I have noticed during my butt transformation is that my hip measurements have gone up! In the past I would have freaked but now I am excited! How is everyone progressing?

My advice buy a food scale and log those recipes you make. It appears like you may be over eating at dinner (but how do i know?)

You need to set small goals and achieve them. Perhaps its to run a mile or lift a heavier weight I always indulge a little bit every week, so i do not binge. Perhaps stop buying these trigger foods, and try to slowly omit them? I find the more I focus on macros adn exercise, the better I feel and look. Move around and put…

Some people say the artificial sweetener triggers an insulin response which results in increased appetite (aka binge eating) If you arent over eating (especially after the soda ) then its not an issue for you

I find lifting to be beneficial prior to running I know you said you run twice a week, and run twice a week, are the other days rest days? I personally feel loose after lifting and love a run after I always do a five min walk in between and keep my pace in check aka perhaps you are going too hard too often???
