Thanks I know exactly what you mean about the scale/stalls/and energy fluctuations Are you saying to drop calories further i am already eating at a deficit ? I know my nutrion needs to be tweaked! Any guidance would be appreciated

Here are my reasons: Most of the time: I am thirsty/dehydrated sometimes: I am tipsy (oooh alcohol makes me eat) and other times: because I need more food lol!

YES! i love my coworkers but dept lunches etc can ruin my log If you are politley honest though they will work wioth you (no pun intended) I now get prior notice so I can plan accordingly etc

You should be using your arms as a fulcrum and pushing from your glutes while keeping your back straight If the swings are done properly there should be no back pain. Are you stretching after? Do you do a warm up? Perhaps your pulled a muscle?

This is so true after 8 weeks I am now puasing alot longer and also lifting ALOT heavier IT gets harder trust me Failure is coming lol

I have a carb up (high load) day I usually fit in Pizza or some such "cheat" but I just consider it carbs with fat content I concern myself with MACROS
