  • don't lose heart, I plateaud for 6 weeks last year, and got really despondant. Suddenly, I lost 5 lb in a week, didn't change anything, I guess my body just caught up, and now I'm on another plateau...but having been on the first one I know I will break it soon...:smile:
  • I'm not too bothered about the cheat meal, but a veggie curry is one I can use, or a creamy cheese sauce on a chicken fillet or beef steak, however, my favourite cheat is a small bar of choc; or a small bag of crisps ( chips), on days where I have exercised a bit more than usual ...hope this helps xxx
