I didn't think of calculating the average. I'll try that route. My concern also is the macros IIFYM.com give me is drastically different from Scooby's, I don't know which to follow.

Last year I actually gained weight but I admit my diet wasn't too great. This year I am focusing more on a clean diet and I just went an upped my calories because I don't think I'm eating enough especially with my activity level. We shall see how this goes. The struggle is real!

Thank you for the guide...this year my focus has been following a deficit from my calculated TDEE and using IIFYM. I currently weigh in every Saturday, after my workout and the scale is so inconsistent and I don't really notice any difference in my clothes so it's been really frustrating.
