Just started listening to Pitbull and Lady Gaga, among others recently. Needed some new workout music so I went to the library and checked out all of the Now that what I call music cds. Was pleasantly surprised how much I didn't hate most of the stuff on them.

I make popcorn on the stove using only a tbsp of coconut oil. I like that it doesn't have the oily residue like other oils.

Haven't read all the responses, but do you live near an Aldi? They have fairly low-cost produce and meat. Love their wild-caught salmon. Do not get their processed stuff, tastes like crap. I've lost 100lbs, but I haven't gotten around to writing my success story, maybe because I consider myself still a work in progress. Right now my focus is building muscle. I do this. I hate to say it, but when I'm on a regular work schedule, its easier to track what I eat, but on days I don't work, I'm all over the place. Gloves. My hands get sweaty. I found a pair of thin "girly" ones from Target, not really good for heavy lifting since I still have hard-earned calluses, but they allow me to have a good non-sweaty grip.
