I don't have quite as much to lose, probably around 40lbs but its still a daily struggle! So I would be happy to join you on your weight loss journey. Well done on your decision…
  • I tend to log as I go. I find I have more flexibility that way. But I like to keep an eye on how many calories I have left so I make better choices through the day. Also I know that if I choose low calorie breakfast and lunch i have more to enjoy later in the day!
  • 41 year old Hospice nurse here. Determined to lose the weight this time! We always have lots of temptation on the ward, chocolate cakes, biscuits and I am determined to be strong. Anyone can add me!

  • Well, I've only been on here for a couple of weeks but I aim to be dedicated. I have decided its now or never for me, so I can't give up. I'll be more than happy to share some support and motivation. I think I probably need to lose around 40-50lbs, so here's hoping! Sarah
