Thanks for sharing! I'm 5'9" and eat anywhere from 1700 to 2100 cals a day and I'm really happy with my progress so far. I'm thinking about just upping my cals to 2k everyday, regardless of workouts just to see what happens. I want to be healthy more than I want to be skinny.

I'm still here, I took some rest days and some days I just do cardio. Im on day 3 of level 3. This weekend I was out of town and did level one with some friends that wanted to try it out so I missed a day then too....I didn't count it.

Just did this today, just had some illness in the house but I haven't quit.

Yes I upped my cals from 1540 to 1710, plus my exercise cals...now I'm hungry all the time. Really trying to make sure I get the protein in but it's still not perfect.

I went grocery shopping tonight and they had a bowl of "samples" that we're just mini candy bars...twix, snickers, Reese's etc. they were calling my name but I walked right by. I was pretty proud of myself. I could have had one and fit it into my calories but it would have been eating it just to eat it. I wasn't craving…
