A couple coworkers of mine had the Flex on and I was thinking the same thing. Why on the wrist? We use our arms and hands way more then we do our legs especially if you are at a desk job. And think if you are typing I am sure it would be calculating every key as a step. Thanks for posting. I just stick with my HRM .

Thank you for all the advice. I do notice when sitting all day at work and then getting up is the hardest. I am sure my coworkers are wondering why I am making so much noise when standing and sitting! ha I am going to give my run a try but if it is to much I will stick with the walk. Thanks again!

I too have the Polar F7 and absolutely love it! I think I got it on Amazon for less then $60.00. I have it sync to my iphone and love knowing that I am getting as accurate as possible calories burned during my workouts! Good luck!

I have been trying to take one day off for rest. As of right now Wednesdays are my rest day only because my daughter has basketball practice that day and I am the only one who can take her. But I do get the "feeling guilty". Even though I "rested" yesterday I walked for 30 minutes.
