It does. I often find I get up in the middle of the night just to get a snack. It would've been so much easier to just have that snack at 10 p .m. before bedtime!

It's okay not to eat exercise calories sometimes, but if you consistently make it a habit (like most days of the week) it will affect your weight loss efforts negatively.

I've heard that is not true also, but I've also heard that it is better to eat more calories earlier in the day vs later because our bodies are more likely to burn off the fat during the daytime when we are active compared to the nighttime when we are asleep.

I exercise about 3-4 days a week even though I shoot for more. I love those snacks but I also love chocolate too. I don't eat very much of it though. What do you mean not to eat exercise calories? I always shoot to eat at least half. I have always heard you are supposed to eat some (if not all of your exercise calories). I use these Great Value packets for my bottled water. They are only 10 cals per packet. I usually only use two of them a day and then drink some plain water. Just gives it a little flavor and it says "Vitamin Water" on the packets so I assume I'm getting some vitamins with that too.

I'm not big on fish but I have been taking an Omega 3 fish oil capsule every day and have found that it is increasing my focus and concentration. I also feel like I have more energy. It also helps the heart and with weight loss when combined for exercise. I can't stress enough the many, many benefits for omega 3 fish oil.

It goes up to like a 8 or 9 resistance level and it shows calories burned (which I think is very inaccurate- it overestimates), distance ran and heart rate (has the metal bars you put your hands on). There's lots of calories and sugar in wine and alcohol. I would limit it to once a week on a cheat day. I love wine too and used to drink a glass about 3-4 x a week. Not anymore because Boons Farm is so full of sugar and calories! Now I try to stick to low calorie beer or 1-2 glasses on my cheat days.

I don't think I do, which stinks. I'll keep playing around with it. I think I'll get it figured out. Just was wondering if anyone else out there has had problems with it. I love it other than the strap issue.
