  • I like it. BUT do you really need to eat a pint a day? What about banana ice cream...you know mash a banana and freeze it? I also do protein ice cream: protein powder, banana, almond milk, freeze...so good and way cheaper than artic zero.
  • Give it a couple days. I also just got back from a 10 day vacation. I weighed 130.6 yesterday (my first day home) and 126.6 today... so get back to your normal schedule and you should balance out.
  • I looked at some packaging and the calories were high and their were additives...plus its expensive. If I want this type of food I would make my own. I like to make zoodles with zucchini and spaghetti squash is made to be faux noodles.

  • Hi. I have been eating clean (most of the time) for several months now. Add me. I log into MFP every single day and share my workouts. My diary is open but I use the 21 day fix, so I don't really log food...unless I eat off plan...it is there for everyone to see.
