I have had quest but I have found they can get rock hard. I am eating some fitjoy right now that are good and soft and were on sale from amazon.... BUT I am really loving the CLIFF Builder crunchy peanut butter bar. I try to have a protein bar 1 x a day.

I am curious as well. I currently take Optimum Nutrition 1gram x 3 3 x's a day. I did a little reading and found that they "work" better on an empty stomach 2 1/2 hours after a meal, so I try to do that. I take them in a coctail with Glutamine 1g as well.

I have one almost every night, if it is in my calories...and I make sure it is. Its my little reward for a great day of healthy and moderate eating.

It should already be set... I would leave it there and see how that works and then if/when you hit a plateau and you are more self educated you can change it....asking for advice here will just confuse you as many different things work for many different people. The most important thing is to measure and log all your food…

I also see different things on the app than on the computer... I go to the app to see my macros and use the computer for other things. In the app go to More, nutrition, nutrients or macros for the pie chart.

Love getting out of those ugly clothes that were baggy and unflattering. Even just a couple weeks in I was happy to throw some ugly stuff out. NOW I can buy clothes because I like them...not just because its what fits.

doesn't bother me at all....actually enjoy it. I have a lovely butcher block right next to the stove so I cut my protein first and then start chopping my veggies and complex carbs. The more color the better.
