I can totally walk about 4.5 on the treadmill, yet hauling butt with my fitbit I am walking 3 mph...just like you said. I have heard that in order to get the same effect as walking outdoors the treadmill should be set at a 2.0 incline.

Did you not know about the "important function" when you overate? Chances are nothing you do is going to matter in regards to the way you look in two days, that just seems absurd. Get over the fact that you overate and do the right thing from now on. To loose water weight I guess you could go sit in a sauna and sweat a…

I love the spreadsheet too. I have one that tracks my pounds lost by week and I put in a graph. and I also have one that compares my fitbit to my MFP...trying to get everything down to math. I also graph my calories per week. Its fun and I'm not eating when I'm working on it , Bonus!

drink water. sometimes you are thirsty. Also, for me its a mental mind game.

a guy walks into the kitchen with a duck under his arm and says "This is the pig, I've been getting with" The girl in the kitchen says. "That is a duck". The guy says "I wasn't talking to you".

Hey challengers, just checking in. Weigh ins should be coming in soon. If you screw up or don't have a big loss this week, there is still lots of time to redeem yourself before the countdown into the New Year. Keep striving!

Yep, I can eat more than my what MFP tells me. I am still adjusting, I adjust every month, If I am loosing over more than a pound a week on average for the month, I up my calories by 150/200 a day. I love being able to eat more and will be sad when my weight stabilizes. I also track my workout calories and eat those back…

not all of them, as fitbit already adds your BMR calories in the count, but your extra step calories, sure...unless your already accounting for that in MFP in your activity index (sedetary, active...etc...). Personally, I count calories my fitbit gives me for time at the gym and if I track extra work or a walk later in my…

I will send you a friend request. I have been doing the things you mentioned above for 4 months now. It works. My food diary is open. I am planning on maintaining and to keep doing this until well until I can't. I think logging is the only way for me.
