The scale is enough motivation for me. I use Food as nutrition to fuel my workouts. I have a treat now and again and then it tastes wonderful. I have said no to PIZZA so many times, no one even asks me anymore. If you give up the crap long enough, real wholesome food will start to taste good and you will want to eat it.

AMAZING... Way to go.

YUM.

Don't loose hope people. The scale is not the be all end all, especially if you are incorporating fitness into your routine. I am up this week, but if I look at trends and history...I tend to have a spike then a drop. I don't know about men, but womens bodies are crazy. Do the next right thing and eventually the scale will…

Nay for me. I like to chew my food. Juicing is a lot of calories for a small taste of food..in my opinion.

On mobile go to More, Nutrition, Calories, weekly view It will spit out a printout of calories per "meal" and day as well as a weekly average and if you are over or under your weekly goal...this will change daily as the 7 days is the last 7 days. But if you bank in advance you should see how many you have left.

Welcome back. Not much has changed.

Its just a number, just like the scale. Age means nothing, unless your trying to get a senior discount. LOL

Ugghhh, I had that vertigo several years back... It is awful. I always felt like I was on a boat. There is a neck adjustment they can do that should fix you up quickly, (said a physical therapist friend of mine) Hope your solution works for you.

So you started logging it looks like on November 1st. That is 12 days. Great job. However, if you want to be in this for the long haul you need to sustain your body or you are most likely going to go craving crazy one day. It really isn't difficult to eat 1200 calories. Grab a handful of almonds theirs (160 calories) Or 2…

Advocare also cuts out fruit on the last part of the 24 day challenge. I think it is the sugars, but I think fruit is great. I assume you are paying for "coaches" expertise so please ask and let us know WHY?????

I had a cheap one, I finally threw it away, it was hard to use, wasted a lot of veggies and hard to clean. I LOVE spiralized zucchini but I can't even find zucchini in the store anymore. Now I just shred cabbage or use that broccoli slaw which is pre cut and bagged.

I have lost 30lbs in 3 months. I went from 176-146 August -October. I did this by exercising (lots of cardio and some strength to keep muscle tone) drinking lots of water and logging every single thing I ate. I ate volumous, healthy food like spinach, cabbage, tomatoes and pumpkin. I ate alot of food. I gave up bread,…

carbs are not necesssarily high in calories. Alot of vegetables have carbs, yet they are low in calorie and have fiber. To be specific carbs and protein each have 4 calories per gram while fat has 9...so maybe you want high fat foods? If your just trying to eat 4,000 calories a big peanut butter sandwich with extra chunky…

Without work in the way you should have a lot of time to work out. (No seriously) If you are staying home or traveling, find calorie burning things to do, hike, bike, swim, kayak, dance...the list is endless. Cook for yourself when you can and when you can't make good choices...avoid the alcohol. Get protein drinks or bars…

Sounds like a total tool to me. Can't even imagine what it would be like if you married him. Ugghhh, run away NOW.

Most of my stuff is from the thrift store. I got rid of the largest sizes because I hated those clothes anyway. Now I am just keeping the things I really cherish and re-donating the rest. I found that the clothes I saved, for the smaller size, are not to my liking now anyway. Might as well let someone who need them use…

Why did I stop here....I am drooling now and have no more calories for the day. LOL

SUPER, you look fabulous.

Dined right at the docks of a fishery. The food was great, but that smell though... I could not get over it. The pelicans thought it was just fine.

Ramen, in my opinion is for poor people who are starving and need loads of calories on a budget. The serving size is 1/2 the bag, (who eats half a bag of ramen,)

I agree that fall has some tasty foods and some holidays that stress indulgence, Halloween, Thanksgiving. YOU have to have resolve and say no. There are plenty of delicious things out there without the excess calories and carbs, you just need to find them. Not logging is ridiculous, your body still knows you ate it,…
