3 whole minutes... NOT for me. I try to do 3 sets of 10 and they are ugly.... FORM is important people. A great challenge, but don't kill yourself doing something sloppy for a record.

I blast my earphones, maybe you can hear my music. I can't hear you if your talking to me so I just keep working out. If you left the machine to go talk to someone or go to the bathroom or get a drink...I might be using that machine when you try to come back.

I am finally retired(from 20 years in Army) but I still run a farm, do some photography work from home and homeschool my 8th grade son. I WORKS!!!! My kids are 13 and 11, they don't need me so much anymore which is nice...but at times I miss them needing me as well.

I put mine into single serving ziplocks, (like little jewelry bags, you find at walmart) then If I am eating it, I know its only the right portion... THEN LOG IT. I do this for my big bag of nuts as well and can keep some in my purse for when I am ravenous.

I do some aerobic type moves in between strength sets to keep my heart rate up, people look, but whatevs...Ive lost over 25lbs.

I believe in volumetrics, with almost every meal I will eat spinach or red cabbage, mixed veggies are also inexpensvie, I buy a large bag in the freezer department. EGGS have a great source of protein. Is there a food bank nearby? We have so many food banks that all have an abondance of food, many veggies there.
