It will not take long to loose 25 lbs. I just made that mark. Logging your food is huge! I worked outdoors and had an active lifestyle and went to the gym but I gained weight..only when I had to log what I ate did I make a change that dramatically changed my weight. Why are you baking it? I cook mine in a pan, and it so delicious all brown on the outside and juicy on the inside. I think it takes less time as well as I cut it into pieces first. Or get a george foreman grill from the thrift shop...it trims the fat.

If it is working, it is working...when it doesn't work try something else. Walking is great exercise.

I eat back the exercise calories I need to feel satisfied and meet my macros. You should be able to eat them and still loose weight because the exercise is extra. I also wonder if there is continued burn after your physical activity as I have read in some articles , if there is such a calorie burn then you will loose more…

I am never full either... I guess we just have to deal with it. I try to eat volumous food, like spinach and red cabbage with my meals. Also I am starting to drink water when I think I am hungry, which does help. If you find the answer clue me in... we can right a book, start a diet trend and make millions.

learn the difference between complex carbs and simple carbs. Simple carbs will be used by your body fairly quickly while complex carbs will slowly digest and not raise your glycemic index to much. you have to go into settings and update it to change your calorie intake for your weight now. I do this after every 10 lbs or so. Originally I was at 1470 calories with light activity, now I am at 1400 or 1395 with very active. As you weigh less, you have to eat less or move more to get the same amount of food as before…

I had to give up alcohol for other reasons, but not drinking is definately great for my diet. You can do this.
