My biggest problem is when I'm having a stressful/hectic day I just give in and say screw it I've had a rough day eat the fries! I always feel guilty after but before it's so hard to resist! Night shift was even worse!!!

I'm trying to have a small support group of people who are starting now, I'm part of the bigger groups but they can get super overwhelming with how many posts are there! I'd like to have a few people who are at about the same spot as me who I can talk to about it! :)

i definitely think it's harder to lose in college! all the stress plus temptation to drink/order out.. it's super easy to gain in college that's for sure!!

I've always found stretching helps alleviate soreness a lot. Right when you wake up if you do a nice long stretch you can feel great for the rest of the day! :)

I would recommend either the Jillian Michael's adjustable kettle ball or her set of 3, 5, and 8 lb weights. They're reasonably priced at walmart and very versatile! :)

I just started tonight! I'm doing it with 2 of my room mates, if you start today or tomorrow I'd love to have some extra motivation a long the way!!
