I'm looking to make a support group of fabulous ladies starting New Rules of Lifting for Women! Comment if you just started or are starting soon and I'll make a group!! :)

    I'll be starting Stage 2 next week. Search for New Rules of Lifting for Women in groups. There is already a group, although it is not very active.

    I'm trying to have a small support group of people who are starting now, I'm part of the bigger groups but they can get super overwhelming with how many posts are there! I'd like to have a few people who are at about the same spot as me who I can talk to about it! :)
