I have one called StriiV which will give you calories, distance, steps, time and it is user friendly. I really like it it is digital so occasionally it needs to be charged and it is more expensive than some of the others but I use it and I am worth it, You may be able to get additional information at Striiv.com. A little over my allotment, but stayed away from all sweets, no chocolate and no desserts, but too much dinner. Also did not get walk in, but tomorrow is a new day and plan to be diligent and back on track.

My A1C started at 10.1, I got it down to 6.9 in November and had blood drawn last Monday and am back up to 7.4. Needless to say my doctor called and I was in his office on Friday.
